Technical Data

Pentra-Sil 244+™ is a non-flammable, nontoxic, water-based formulation for use on most portland-cement containing materials. It contains no solvents or harmful levels of VOCs. It is not carcinogenic or mutagenic, and may be used in food preparation areas. Pentra-Sil 244+™ is odorless during and after application and also allows concrete to breathe.

Application Information

Pentra-Sil 244+™ may be applied to new or existing surfaces. We recommend that new surfaces be cured to meet ASTM requirements. Applications are only to be performed by licensed, certified applicators to ensure quality and owner satisfaction. On fully cured concrete, the treated surface can be used as soon as it is dry to the touch (usually 1-2 hours).

Final Results

Optimum water repellence and hardness develop within seven days. Do not use acidic cleaners. Aggressive cleaning with a neutral to high pH detergent works best for long term maintenance.
